The Site provides general information about ISS, our nearshore/BPO talent solutions, and ways to contact us or apply for roles. Content on the Site is for informational purposes only and does not constitute legal, tax, HR, or other professional advice.
Contacting ISS or submitting a form does not create a client relationship.
Applying for a role does not create an employment relationship, does not guarantee interviews, and does not guarantee hiring.
Any services are provided only under a written agreement. Any employment relationship (if offered) is governed by separate written documents and applicable Colombian law.

Use the Site for unlawful purposes
Submit false or misleading information
Attempt unauthorized access to the Site or its systems
Interfere with Site security or performance (including malware, scraping, or abusive traffic)
Infringe intellectual property or privacy rights

If you apply through the Site, you confirm that your information is accurate and that you have the right to provide it. ISS may contact you using the details you provide. ISS may discontinue any recruitment process at any time.
Storage note: Candidate applications are stored within the WordPress website, and recruitment communications may also be handled through Outlook/OneDrive.
All Site content (text, branding, logos, graphics, design, and layout) is owned by or licensed to ISS and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written permission from ISS.
The Site may include links to third-party websites. ISS is not responsible for third-party content, availability, or privacy practices. Your use of third-party websites is at your own risk.
The Site is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE.” We do not guarantee that:
